MORNING SPECIAL MEETING MINUTES
The special meeting of the Board of Education, Warner School District #6-5, Brown County, SD was called to order by President Haaland at the Warner School Board Room/Teleconference on July 15, 2026, at 7:30 AM. Board members present: Aimee Anderson, Sarah Bierman, Cody Bruns, and Leah Haaland. Shannon Knuppe was not present. Also present were Superintendent Mike Kroll and Business Manager Larry Robinson.
Pledge of Allegiance
Motion by Anderson, second by Bierman and carried to approve agenda.
Board President asked for continuing disclosures: none
Board President asked for public comment: none
Motion by Anderson and second by Bruns and passed to approve the ACH payment of $132,775 for Capital Outlay Certificate.
Motion by Bruns, second by Anderson and carried to adjourn at 7:36 a.m.
