MEETING MINUTES
The special meeting of the Board of Education, Warner School District #6-5, Brown County, SD was called to order by President Haaland at the Warner School Board Room on August 31, 2026, at 7:00 pm. Board members present: Aimee Anderson, Sarah Bierman, Cody Bruns, Leah Haaland, and Shannon Knuppe. Also present were Superintendent Mike Kroll and Business Manager Larry Robinson.
Pledge of Allegiance
Motion by Bruns, second by Bierman and carried to approve agenda.
Board President asked for potential conflicts: None
Motion by Knuppe, second by Anderson and carried to go into executive session at 7:01 p.m. for Legal according to SDCL 1-25-2 (3).
Board President declared executive session over at 7:58 p.m.
Motion by Bruns, second by Bierman and carried to adjourn at 8:04 p.m.
