The special meeting of the Board of Education, Warner School District #6-5, Brown County, SD was called to order by President Haaland at the Warner School Board Room on May 6, 2026 at 6:00 pm. Board members present: Aimee Anderson, Sarah Bierman, Cody Bruns, Leah Haaland, and Shannon Knuppe. Also present were Superintendent/HS Principal Mike Kroll and Business Manager Angie Vetter.

Motion by Bruns, second by Bierman and carried to approve the agenda
Board President asked for continuing disclosures: none
Board President asked for public comment: non
Motion by Knuppe, second by Anderson and carried to go into executive session at 6:01 p.m. for legal according to SDCL 1-25-2 (3)
Board President declared executive session over at 7:53 p.m.
Motion by Bierman, second by Bruns and carried to adjourn at 7:54 p.m.
