ANNUAL MEMBER MEETING NOTICE
WEB Water Development Association, Inc. hereby gives notice that its Annual Member Meeting will be at 2:00pm on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 5, 2025, at the Dakota Event Center. The following Board positions are up for election:
District 2: Rural – Edmunds, Faulk, and Hyde Counties in SD. (Incumbent Director Jeff Stoecker, Onaka, SD, is seeking re-election to a third term.)
District 5: Rural – Spink, Beadle, and Hand Counties in SD. (Incumbent Director Craig Oberle, Mellette, is seeking re-election to a fourth term.)
District 9: Bulk – Marshall, Day, Clark, Beadle, Spink, and Hand Counties in SD. (Incumbent Director Tim Van Hatten, Conde, SD, cannot seek re-election due to term limits.)
