Annual Member Meeting Notice

WEB Water Development Association, Inc. hereby gives notice that its Annual Member Meeting will be at 2:00pm on FRIDAY, DECEMBER 6, 2024, at the Dakota Event Center. The following Board positions are up for election:

District 3: Rural – Brown County in South Dakota. (Incumbent Director Lori Goldade, Aberdeen, SD, is seeking re-election to a fourth term.)

District 4:  Rural – Campbell and McPherson Counties, South Dakota and Emmons, Dickey and McIntosh Counties, North Dakota. (Incumbent Director Dick Werner, Herreid, SD, is seeking re-election to a third term.)

District 7:  Bulk – McPherson, Edmunds, Faulk, Campbell, Walworth, Potter and Hyde Counties, South Dakota and Emmons and McIntosh Counties, North Dakota. (Incumbent Director Henry Orth, Eureka, SD, is seeking re-election to a second term.)

To be considered as a candidate for one of the above Board positions, pick up a nominating petition & instructions from the WEB Water Office at 38456 W Hwy 12, Aberdeen, SD, or request one by writing to WEB Water at PO Box 51, Aberdeen, SD 57402-0051, or by emailing your petition request to [email protected]. Please call the WEB Water office at 605-229-4749 with questions. The deadline for submitting nominating petitions for WEB Water director positions is 3:00pm, Friday, November 8, 2024.
